Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 15, 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the FadSync API verification services, our global edge network infrastructure, and our web portal (collectively, the "Services"). We recognize the critical importance of data privacy when operating high-velocity email validation systems. Our infrastructure is engineered to process your requests with maximum speed and absolute minimal data footprint.
By utilizing the FadSync API, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with our data minimization methodologies or RapidAPI integration workflows, you must discontinue use of the API.
2. Zero-Retention & Data Minimization
At the core of FadSync is our Zero-Retention Verification Protocol. When an API request is transmitted to our edge network, the payload is executed entirely in volatile memory (RAM). The email address is subjected to deep DNS and MX record inspections to determine its validity.
Upon formulating the boolean payload response (valid, disposable, or invalid), the in-memory execution thread is immediately terminated and the target email address is permanently dropped from our servers. We never write, store, index, or sell any of the email addresses submitted for validation.
3. RapidAPI Integration & Billing Data
Our enterprise infrastructure exclusively leverages the RapidAPI Developer Marketplace as our secure API gateway. As a direct consequence, FadSync does not natively collect, process, or store your credit card information, billing addresses, or direct subscriber identities.
Subscription metrics, API keys, and financial transactions are cryptographically secured by RapidAPI. For complete transparency regarding how your financial and account data is handled, please review RapidAPI’s independent Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendums.
4. Anonymized Telemetry & Edge Logging
To guarantee our sub-100ms response SLA and protect against malicious botnets, FadSync automatically collects anonymized operational telemetry at the network edge. This non-personally identifiable metadata includes:
- Request originating IP addresses and User-Agent strings.
- Timestamp, routing latency, and HTTP response codes.
- Endpoint hit volumes per RapidAPI subscriber token.
These operational logs are strictly retained on a rolling 7-day cycle. They are utilized exclusively for DDoS mitigation, anomaly detection, and uptime analytics, after which they are permanently flushed from our cold storage.
5. User Rights & Contact Information
Should you voluntarily opt into our engineering newsletter or directly contact our support staff, any correspondence records are encrypted and stored securely. You maintain absolute sovereignty over your data and may request full expungement of your communication records at any time.
For any inquiries regarding data processing, edge routing compliance, or privacy audits, please contact our engineering security division at [email protected].
