Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & API Access
By subscribing to the FadSync verification API through RapidAPI, you establish a binding agreement to these Terms of Service. FadSync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our edge infrastructure endpoints for the sole purpose of real-time email validation.
You may integrate the API into your internal corporate infrastructure, commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, and mobile applications, provided you strictly abide by the programmatic boundaries and usage limits defined by your active subscription tier.
2. Fair Use, Rate Limits & Quotas
To ensure zero-latency performance for all global tenants, our edge nodes enforce strict rate limiting. Your concurrency caps and monthly request quotas are rigidly determined by your RapidAPI plan. You are strictly prohibited from implementing localized cache evasion techniques, executing parallel distributed botnet queries, or subjecting the FadSync network to unapproved penetration testing.
Bulk verification operations via our /v1/bulk endpoint must adhere to the payload size limits documented in our technical spec. Willful violation of fair use caps or malicious key-rotation strategies will trigger an immediate, unappealable suspension of your API access.
3. Uptime SLA & Edge Infrastructure
FadSync is engineered for mission-critical enterprise environments. We guarantee a 99.99% Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for our Pro and Enterprise tier subscribers. Uptime calculations strictly exclude scheduled maintenance windows, which will be broadcasted globally across our Developer Discord and Status Page no less than 48 hours prior to deployment.
In the highly improbable event that monthly uptime falls below our 99.99% threshold, eligible commercial subscribers may petition our engineering support team for prorated API service credits within 14 days of the documented outage.
4. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
The FadSync API and its underlying predictive datasets are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. While our edge algorithms achieve industry-leading accuracy in detecting disposable routing layers, FadSync makes no absolute warranty that every verification request will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
Under no circumstances shall FadSync, its parent entity, or its engineering personnel be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, backend data corruption, goodwill, or temporary service interruptions resulting from your integration with our edge API network.
